As part of the registration process for our  e-newsletters we collect your name and email address. This information is collected either online via our website to our third party email provider, Mailchimp, or by completing a paper form. In both cases we explicitly ask for your consent, to ensure that you are happy to hear from us from time to time.

Why do we collect your information?

We collect the information for a couple of reasons: to keep you informed of things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not rent or sell our email lists to any other individuals, organisations or businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters and promotional emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email communication. How do we store your information?

Your information is stored electronically within our email provider’s database, as described above. Any paper forms containing your personal contact information are securely destroyed within 7 days of being submitted electronically, our backup data is password protected and stored securely using Microsoft cloud technology.
