14 Day Returns Policy details:
We really hope that you are very happy with the items that you have selected to purchased from Beautifully Different Brackley, however if you should decide to return an item for a replacement or a refund please follow our process detailed below.
Should you decide that you wish to exchange or return an item then please return it to us within 14 days from the date that you received it. Returned items must be complete with all original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Please be aware that any item returned that is not in its original condition with tags attached will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that we are unable to accept any returns of earrings, socks or undergarments. Please also note that we cannot accept returns of clothing that has not been washed to the manufacturers specific care instructions and guidelines.
When packaging your return please ensure the following instructions are followed and that the item or items are securely packaged and will not be vulnerable to damage in the return delivery.
You must include a note within the package detailing the following:
1. Your original order number from ourselves
2. Your name
3. Your address
4. Your contact telephone number
5. Your contact email address
6. Details of your reason for return or exchange, along with details
of the required replacement items.

Return Shipping policy details:
Please be aware that you are responsible for the costs of returning unwanted items unless otherwise agreed by email from Beautifully Different Brackley prior to their return. We advised that you use the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service for all returns as this will provide you with a proof of postage should the package not be received by us. Beautifully Different Brackley will be unable to provide a refund if the item does not arrive back with us within the 14 day policy detailed above. Lost package concerns must be raised with your delivery service directly and will not be our responsibility.
Refunds policy detail:
Upon receipt of your returned package we will review the contents and then contact you to confirm details of your exchange or refund, we will be unable to refund against any missing or damaged items. All agreed/available exchanges will then be shipped and approved refunds will then be sent via your original form of payment.
